Program Overview

The Product Foundations: For Early Professionals program is designed to provide an introduction to the fundamental concepts and tools of data analysis. The program is targeted at early professionals who want to learn how to work with data and make data-driven decisions.

By the end of the program, participants will have a solid understanding of data analysis and will be able to use Python and SQL to work with data and make data-driven decisions

  4. Product Management Tools: You will be introduced to various tools and technologies used in product management to help you manage your product effectively. These include project management tools, analytics tools, and communication tools.

     

  5. Developing Product Vision: You will learn about product discovery, market research, business goals, user research, competitive analysis, and product pitch. This section will help you develop a compelling product vision that aligns with business objectives and meets customer needs.

     

  6. Crafting a Compelling Product Roadmap: You will learn how to create a product roadmap that outlines the product’s vision and strategy, prioritizes features and initiatives, and communicates the plan to stakeholders.

     

  7. Product Prioritization and Backlog Grooming: You will learn how to prioritize product features and initiatives based on business and customer value. You will also learn about backlog grooming and how to manage the product backlog effectively.

     

  8. Introduction to Product Specification Authoring and Jira: You will learn about product specification authoring and Jira, a popular project management tool used in product management. This section will teach you how to use Jira to manage your product backlog, sprints, and releases.

     

  9. Practicing Sprints in Jira: You will learn how to plan and execute sprints using Jira. You will also learn about sprint reviews, retrospectives, and how to use Jira to manage your sprint backlog.

     

  10. Integration and Automation: You will learn how to integrate different tools and technologies to streamline the product management process. You will also learn about automation and how to use it to improve efficiency and productivity.

     

  11. Writing Product Requirement Documents and User Stories: You will learn how to write product requirement documents and user stories, two essential tools in product management. You will also learn about acceptance criteria and how to define it.

     

  12. Estimation and Introduction to Product Launch: You will learn how to estimate the time and resources required to complete product features and initiatives. You will also learn about the product launch process, including beta testing, product release, and post-launch activities.
